In attesa dell’attesissimo “Clash in Italy“, il primo premium live event della storia in Italia, che si terrà domenica 31 maggio all’Inalpi Arena di Torino, domani, sabato 9 maggio 2026, arriva “Backlash“, dalla mezzanotte italiana live solo su Netflix. Dopo quello che è successo a WrestleMania 42, lo scorso 18 e 19 aprile, il nuovo WWE World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns ha già il suo primo sfidante per Backlash, Jacob Fatu, mentre Bron Breakker vuole distruggere Seth Rollins una volta per tutte. WWE Backlash potrebbe segnare la fine di guerre di lunga data e la nascita di nuove rivalità.
Di seguito i match annunciati per il PLE, che quest’anno si svolgerà alla Benchmark International Arena di Tampa, in Florida: Roman Reigns e Jacob Fatu combatteranno per il WWE World Heavyweight Championship, Trick Williams contro Sami Zayn per il WWE United States Championship e poi i match tra Seth Rollins e Bron Breakker, IYO SKY e Asuka e tra Danhausen e un partner misterioso contro The Miz e Kit Wilson.
